NEW BUILDINGS
CHDF recognises the need for renewal and expansion through
new developments, but calls for the character of
conservation areas and their surrounding hinterland to be
preserved and enhanced, firstly by recognising the local
character of the development context, through studies of
detailing, scale and materiality, and secondly by adopting
a high standard of design. |
